1. Introduction
The Visegrad Group (V4) is an informal alliance of four Central
European countries: Poland (PL), Slovakia (SK), the Czech Republic
(CZ) and Hungary (HU) which goal is to develop cooperation between
the Member States in the field of spatial integration, including
the common interest investments and harmonisation of development
of the areas of the countries (Gałaś et al., 2015). The V4
countries underwent political and economic transformation in the
same time and all joined the European Union (UE) in 2004. Economic
