(AMDR) for carbohydrate is 45-65%, fat is 20-35% and
protein is 10-35% of calories (Raffensperger, 2008). For
1982 kcal of energy, at 4 kcal/g, 65% of calories
correspond to a maximum of 322 g of carbohydrate, 35%
f calories correspond to a maximum of 173 g of protein.
While for 1982 kcal of energy, at 9 kcal/g, 35% of calories
correspond to a maximum of 77.078 of fat. Table 1
shows the minimum, maximum and actual nutrient
requirements.
