- Tendinosis of subscapularis and infraspinatus tendons and the long head of biceps brachii tendon in rotator cuff interval.
- Degeneration of superior glenoid labrum.
- Mild diffuse thickening and enhancement of synovial lining with moderate amount of fluid in subacromial-subdeltoid bursa, representing bursitis.
