I would like to write this email to say how disappointed we are about the way Suniture has handled our order.
We have received the furniture on the 24th December, but are still not able to use them because of this.
A cut out of the single chair was given to K.Bavonpun before he gave us quotation. I still have no idea why we received a completely different shape, and I do not think we should pay for that.
We have asked him to pick up the cut out for the double chair, which he never did. The day we received the good it was completely different than what we needed. We were then told that it will be fixed in 2 weeks, and 3 weeks after, I am told that you are waiting deposit to start the work!!!!!
Is it the way you treat problems? I find it unbelievable that a company like yours can deal with clients that way.
I want to know when we will get delivered the correct cushions, and I hope it will be as soon as possible.
