Multidimensional scaling (Fig. 3B) was used to present the spatial
dispersion of the snacks in relation to the sensory attributes of
texture. This could be evaluated using the stress value, which indicated
the goodness-of-fit of the model. Stress values below 0.01
indicate that the data conform to the model, i.e. the model fits well
(Johnson and Wichern, 1992; Kruskal and Wish, 1978). The stress
value, in this case, was 0.0000.
