A 3-year-old male child with steroid sensitive nephrotic syndrome under remission after daily dose of steroids for
relapse and on alternate day steroids developed cerebral venous thrombosis and was treated successfully. Inherited prothrombotic
risk factors were evaluated and were normal. Child is kept on anticoagulation therapy and is under follow-up.
