1-Could you please provide the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) of all the Microsoft Office OEM (Preinstalled) licenses reported in use in order to be validated in our system?
2-Your company have reported 15 devices acquired. However, we have found that only 14 devices have a copy of Microsoft Office. Could you please clarify this difference and specify under which licensing model were acquired those licenses and provide the authorization number (if it was A bought by Volume) or send the photography of the COAs if it is OEM (Preinstalled) or FPP (Packaged Product)?
