Ingredient of Fruit Tart (Tart Pon La Mai)
1. Short pastry dough (learn how to make at www.Foodtravel.tv) 1 recipe
2. 250 ml. Fresh milk
3. 1 Tsp. Vanilla.
4. 70 grams Sugar
5. 2 Egg yolks
6. 30 grams Corn flour
7. Fruits (blueberries + strawberry)
8. 50 grams Fruit jam
How to Cook Fruit Tart (Tart Pon La Mai)
1. Heat oven at 180 degree.
2. Put short pastries into the mold.
3. Dip with fork at the bottom.
4. Overlaid with rice.
5. Bake 15-20 minutes.
6. Make cream by pouring milk, vanilla extract and sugar into the pot.
7. Boil until the sugar dissolves.
8. Cover and pour the milk into the egg yolks. Stir until well combined.
9. Add corn flour and stir until dissolve.
