This Contract is entered into force on 16TH January, 2015 by and

CASH STATION COMPANY, REPRESENTED BY MRS. FRANCISCA WILLIAMS, FINANCIAL DIRECTOR, OF THE FIRM.
Acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the Lender,

And
Chanthanoupheth agricultural REPRESENTED BY Chanthanoupheth Phounpadit.
Basis of the Charter

1. RECITALS
1.1. Whereas, the Borrower and the Lender have considerable
Experience in the areas of legal support, financing, investments, lending, financial market operations, required for the execution of this transaction.

1.2. Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants, terms and conditions herein, and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by the Parties hereto, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. The Lender undertakes to grant the Loan in the amount of
(USD$ 5 Billion) To the Borrower and the Borrower undertake to provides the Lender with $100,000 to process the loan to the borrowers, and balance $100,000 after when the borrower has already receive (USD$ 5 Billion).

2.2. The Borrower shall use the received loan for maintenance of his working capital and for financing his own programs.


2.3. The Borrower undertakes to receive the funds and to return the total Loan amount to the Lender according to the loan terms and repayment schedule.

3. TERMS OF THE LOAN

3.1. Loan terms:

DURATION: 180 MONTHS (15 YEARS)

TOTAL INTEREST PAYMENT $4,671,446,058.30

MONTHLY PAYMENT: will be made on the 3RD of every month starting from the 4rd of each month after the loan has been transferred to the applicant Chanthanoupheth Phounpadit /Chanthanoupheth agricultural

CUMULATIVE PAYMENT: Borrowers are expected to pay a gross income of Cumulative Payments: $9,671,446,058.30 Billion at the end of the term of agreements made in this application.

COST OF PROCESSING: Borrower is to pay a total sum of
$200,000 of the loan amount of USD$ 5,000,000,000.00 BILLION.

GRACE PERIOD: It has been settled that you are going to be given
5 Year free period dated from 27th January 2015 to January 28th 2020 which is the grace period, and the loan payment starts from 1TH Fubruary 2020 – 2th February 2040 (when the loan program ends)


4. RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The Borrower shall guarantee that the provided "Collateral"
Is authentic, verifiable, unencumbered by any liabilities and of non-criminal origin.

4.2. Loan Funds are good, free and clear of any encumbrances, and are of non-criminal origin.

5. TAXES

5.1. Each Party shall bear individual tax liability in relation to their activities within the terms of this Contract, and/or Additional Agreements and Protocols, in accordance with the laws of the countries, where such activities are carried out. It us expressly agreed that neither Party shall make any representations regarding tax payment conditions under this Contract.

6. ASSIGNMENT

6.1. No modification that has not been provided by this Contract shall be made during the whole effective period hereof without special written consent of the signatories hereto.

6.2. No Early Repayment Penalty.


7. REFUND OF DOWNPAYMENT

7.1. It is hereby declared that if the Funds are not delivered within the frame of 48 hours after signing this agreement, refund of processing payment will be made back to the borrower within 24 hours with any means recommended by the Borrow.


8. NON-CIRCUMVENTION AND NON-DISCLOSURE
8.1. The Parties, in recognition of their legal responsibilities hereunder, shall spread the same to their respective heirs, assigns, successors, associates, employees, agents, principals and legal representatives, and expressly agree that all information concerning and in any respect related to the transactions under this Contract, as well as Contracts and Protocols entered into within the framework of this Contract, shall be confidential, without limitation, with respect to each paragraph hereof. In this connection, the Parties unconditionally agree that they shall not, without the prior written consent of the Party providing information, disclose or otherwise transfer to any third parties the information received from the other Party as to owners, assets, sellers, buyers, investors, lenders, borrowers or other sources of financing, as well as disclose names, firm names having property rights, titles, addresses, telephones/faxes, or other data associated with banks, codes or any other information stated confidential by the other Party.


9. BREACHES

9.1. Should an action be undertaken that poses a breach of the provisions hereof, and the material of such breach has been proved, the breaching Party agrees to pay all reasonable legal fees and other expenses suffered by the damaged Party. All disputable issues shall be resolved through negotiations.

10. JURISDICTION AND ARBITRATION

10.1. In case of any dispute between the Parties arising out of or in connection with this Contract or the breach thereof, the Parties shall use their best efforts to settle such disputes. The Parties shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and understanding of their mutual interests to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to all Parties.


11. WARRANTIES AND INCENTIVES

11.1. The Parties hereto state and declare that this Contract has been signed voluntarily by each Party, free from any undue influence, coercion or misrepresentation of any kind.

12. CORRESPONDENCE

12.1. All notifications under this Contract shall be made in
English writing.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

13.1. Facsimile copies E-mail copies shall be considered as preliminary notices for all issues associated with the execution of this Contract. All notifications, information and communication, pursuant to this Contract, can be sent by E-mail, unless otherwise provided for herein. A Party is entitled to demand and to receive from the other Party the original of the document previously sent by E-mail.

13.2. Superior Force:
The Parties hereto shall not be held liable for any failure to
Perform their obligations hereunder, if same relates to Superior Force Provisions as stated by the International Chamber of Commerce, Madrid, Spain and latest edition.

13.3. After this Contract has been signed, all previous negotiations and correspondence between the Parties shall be considered null and void. No oral representations, warranties or statements to third parties shall have any legal force and effect, if not provided herein.

13.4. Any written alterations and appendices to this Contract
shall be valid only if they are signed by the Parties.

13.5. All duly signed Appendices and Additions shall be an integral part of this Contract.


13.6. Except for cases expressly stipulated herein, neither Party shall be held liable for indirect losses arisen as a result of performance (non-performance) of obligations under this Contract.

13.7. Commissions/payments: the Parties shall be responsible only for those commissions, payment of which they have previously coordinated in writing. Each Party assumes the obligations to hold the other Party harmless against any requirements and claims of third Parties.

13.8. The original Contract consists of 8 (eight) pages and has been signed on each page hereof in four copies, two for the Borrower and two for the Lender, all copies having equal legal force. In case of discrepancy English text of this Contract shall prevail.

13.9. Grammar mistakes and misprints, if any, shall not be considered as contradictions.

13.10. This Contract shall enter into force on the date of being signed by the Parties and shall remain valid until the obligations hereunder are completely performed by the Parties hereto.
13.11. Any information contained herein constitutes a commercial secret. Such information shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed by the Parties.

14. EXECUTION OF CONTRACT

14.1. The undersigned signatories to this Contract hereby state and warrant that they are personal and legally authorized representatives of their respective legal entities, and in accordance with their respective authorities have the right to assist there person.

14.2. Lender promises to deliver all the required document including bank drafts to Chanthanoupheth Phounpadit /Chanthanoupheth agricultural, immediately after signing the loan agreement contract and depositing the $100,000 first to the Chase Bank account for confirmation and balance $100,000 after when the (USD$ 5 BILLION) loan transferred to the borrower within 48 hours.

15. Whereas the Undersigned Parties wish to enter into this agreement to define certain parameters of their future legal obligations, and considering their mutual promise herein and other good and valuable considerations the receipt of which is acknowledged hereby, the Parties here to mutually and voluntarily agree as follows:

15.1. The parties hereto and/or their affiliates of what-so-ever nature shall not, in any manner solicit and/or accept any business from sources that have been made available by and through the parties hereto, nor in any manner shall access, contact solicit and/or conduct any transaction with such said sources, without the expressed and specific permission of the party who made such said sources available.

15.2. The Parties shall maintain complete confidentiality regarding each other's business and/or their affiliates and shall only disclose knowledge pertaining to these specifically
