Below is what I implemented in CI-CS to fast-track recruitment. I think we can use the same process but have HR be the final decision maker in the event of a popular candidate.
• HR can continue to screen and feed candidates to specific teams.
• Other teams will be copied on the CV and test results. If they can join the interview, they will. If not, no need to wait.
• If you can send me your test, I can talk to Chat/Wee in my team to align on something common.
• Max 3 people so the candidate doesn’t get overwhelmed.
• If there is interest from multiple teams and we can’t agree, first priority goes to the team HR chose.
