In this paper, I have presented an analysis on the current technical details and the practical use in the field of Mobile Augmented Reality. Mobile Augmented Reality technology offers very unique experiences for users to interact with surroundings, and the use of mobile phones with MAR allows these experiences to be extended with visibility. Moreover, I have developed a sample application that can simultaneously recognize room number by means of optical character recognition using Mobile Augmented Reality technology.The MAR demonstrator achieves the task that superimposes augmented schedule information on to the mobile screen.Several experiments were carried out to evaluate the application
