There is no need to refund the invoices that we have already paid. Last month, when I noticed the laundry charges, I took it as a problem of miscommunication and paid. But when you came back with a new bill this week, I became a bit upset. Sorry for that. You can just cancel the outstanding one.
In terms of services: now that the issue is clear on both sides, you can continue with the weekly cleaning service (but laundry...).
Of course, below I meant - please resume the weekly cleaning service but NO laundry.
