After 1 h exposure to 100Mof hydrogen peroxide, a significant
increase in DNA damage as measured by comet TD was detected in
the hemocytes of Crassostrea gigas after applying a one-wayANOVA
(random model, nested design) (p < 0.001, Fig 2a). No significant
differences were found between replicates in either experimental
group, indicating homogenous exposure conditions.
