Microsoft Windows 8.1 and Office 2013 will be the standard software for all Deloitte member firms. Migration should be completed before the end of 2015.


Windows 8.1 migration schedule for DTTJ
The Windows 8.1 migration will be scheduled during 2 November – 25 December 2015. A separate email will be sent to individuals who are on migration queue to register for the service.

Issues with Microsoft Lync
Users may experience Microsoft Lync/Skype freeze when switch to the Thai keyboard. Although we have worked with Microsoft for several months, the issues have not 100% resolved. As we have to complete the migration according to the Deloitte global schedule, we cannot wait until all issues fixed. It is strongly recommended for the Thai users to use only English keyboard when you use Microsoft Lync/Skype.
