Thailand's laws have provisions in regard to the protection of "sexual harassment" are contained in the Labour Protection Act 2541 (1998) (Amendment to b.e. 2551) section 4 as follows:
"Prohibit an employer, supervisor or supervisors who make ngankratham abuse or threats suffered sexual annoying employed."
Which has penalties for violators, section 16 must be punished with a fine of up to two thousand baht only.
