I. INTRODUCTION
In traditional animation, regional styles are achieved by 2D
hand drawing. Its art impact is built on the artists’ superb
ability of drawing as well as their rich imagination. Because
the working procedures are complex and time-consuming, an
excellent regional animation usually bears the unimagined load
of the artists. For highlighting its regional characteristics, it
becomes more and more complex and sophisticated in scenes
and characters visually. There are many shortages in the
efficiencies and effects of the traditional animation making,
such as the adjustment of the scene, the conveying of the scene
space feelings and the union in perspective. Thus, we put
forward a set of animation-making procedures efficiently
expressing the regional style. From the factors of the original
culture style and different cases, we compare and generalize
four elements, by which we complete the script writing and
setting in different procedures in the work. In the middle
production, we use factitious rendering technology and
gradient colors which mingle with chart let’s drawn in special
texture. While maintaining the 2D perspective, the scenes have
a real 3d space relation as well as luster and 3D effects. In the
post-production, digital graphics rendering technology can
consolidate the colors of the scene. By this way, the entire art
style of the short movie can be centralized. On the other hand,
the using of metaphor has sublimated the regional culture.
Digital graphics rendering technology is used in the forming
and achieving of the unique art style in the whole making
procedures. This original rendering style is different from the
common 3D rendering effects, which can create neoteric art
expression.
