This is to report on the monthly progress for June 2016 in the Engineering Training
Course. The progress was much activated at BCC1 those months than before and maintained
at average level at BCC2 whose activities seemed to have been stereotyped.
I have found in the process survey and regret very much that the same mistakes and
negligence of work instruction in keeping product quality are left without effective
countermeasures implemented in aluminium drawing process and ex-HBC lines at BCC2 for
a long time and no. of customers’ complaints to EWC was recorded unbelievably worse this
year than last year.
To my surprise, we have no reporting system on customer related activities done either
outside or inside our organization. Such a system is one of common practices employed in any
organizations all over the world in order to record activities and operation at the present and
improve them for the future.
