Jean Watson's theory was developed in a Western cultural
setting. This study provides evidence of the applicability
of Watson's theory in Middle Eastern cultures. This
emphasizes the suitability of using this theory as a basis
for educational program curricula for nursing students
and a basis for the provision of nursing care in hospitals
targeted in this study
