5.2.6.1 All critical process components are stainless steel AISI 316/316L if welded, or EPDM/Teflon sealed.
5.2.6.2 The equipment integrates globe angle seat type pneumatic valves, with body made of stainless steel AISI 316/316L for process control.
5.2.6.3 The chamber steam inlet valve is of proportional type, pressure-temperature controlled type.
5.2.6.4 A highly efficient water ring vacuum pump, with a cooling/recirculation system to minimize water consumption.
5.2.6.5 Tubular beam heat exchanger (intercooler) made of stainless steel AISI 316/316L to cool down condensates prior to entry into the vacuum pump.
5.2.6.6 A 0.22. µm. absolute efficiency sterilizing air inlet filter, installed in a stainless filter housing prepared for automatic "in-situ" steam sterilization.

- Two (2) fixed temperature probe in the chamber drain to control and recording.
- One (1) fixed temperature probe in the air line to chamber, to control the filter automatic sterilization.
