• Administrative Assistant -HR in front off Company’s Information and responsibility all reception task.
• Responsible for Company’s guest and visitor.
• Responsible for employee’s uniform and uniform support for other department.
• Responsible for stationary and office supply use / report.
• Provide general administrative duties and all other special assignments requested by the HR manager and HR& Admin Supervisor.
• Handle multiple-call telephone and receiving incoming telephone calls, securing necessary information and transferring.

• Arranging the transportation (air and ground), hotel, meal and accommodation for the visitors and local staffs.
• Managing all HTO assets record system.
• Arranging the company document records, filing and tracking system.
• Organizing the conductive working environment for both local staffs and visitors by providing appropriate office facilities, hospitalities, maintenance and repairs.
• Correct and verify company directory information, to include telephone numbers, address and perform data into HTI database.
• Responsible in setup meeting place, same time connect, projector for Staff meeting and presentation.
