2. Methodology
The research activity consists of a core field experiment and a
series of studies conducted at two scales: field ancillary experiments
and territorial surveys (Table 1). The experimental data have
been utilized in a Multiple Objective Programming (MOP) model to
assess how different environmental policies can be implemented
to maximize economic return and environmental targets (pollution
control and landscape quality improvement).
A description of the research is given below, but the specific
references obviously provide more details.
