Main Duties & Responsibilities
•Prepare and set up a Training plan/calendar which supports and compliments the Spa’s marketing strategy.
•To prepare and execute practical treatment training for all Onyx Spa technicians, to include Sales Communication techniques in an efficient, effective matter.
•To ensure all Onyx Spa services are carried out in accordance with Company protocol and guidelines.
•Development of specific Boutique/Spa training tools (power point presentation and coordination of education support materials).
•To increase sales (treatment and retail sales) by carrying out various types of training in order to develop and maximize staff potential (i.e. practical treatment training, sales communication, customer service).
•Ensures that all Onyx Spa technicians conduct themselves in a professional manner when attending to clients.
•To prepare promotional treatment procedures and manuals (in accordance with marketing) to support specific Spa/Boutique promotions and launches.
•To assist and evaluate Associates: treatment and product knowledge, selling skills, and behavior in order to guide and motivate them in a customized manner.
•Regularly conduct field visits to give “on the spot” coaching either in the Spa/Boutique.
•Assist with screening and interviewing of new Associates for Onyx
•Review and update training techniques where appropriate to ensure effective training adapted to different points of sale.
•Review and update selling techniques and tools to ensure a relevant, effective sales process is applied in each different point of sale
•Review and Develop assessment techniques where appropriate to stimulate and maximize learning potential.
