Is the company Leisure still with you – I want to keep it with you so you can update the company every year for us and I don’t get in arrears ever again.
If alan came to get the judgement paper what does this entail, an acknowledgement the company is up to date.
I don’t want Alan to be enable to conclude a sale as both the deed (Chinook or whatever it is called) and the bluebook are still with me so I presume no formal sale can take place as the buyer would need these documents as part of the sale. If the documents are duplicated it is fraud.
The reason I am uncomfortable is Alan has so far collected 6 Million baht of an 8 Million baht sale, I as owner of the property I am owed this money and no sale can take place until I sign a contract and forward the deeds which I will not do until I receive the money and would then ask you to conclude the sale.
Alan for the most part ignores me but I will not allow any sale or forward any documents until I know who is buying the house and receive the money for the sale.
I also want Alan delisting as a director of the company.
