Technical Support Officer (IT Support)
Responsibilities:
Provides technical support on computer hardware and software in a corporate network environment.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Reports to an IT manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related area and 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Working English communication skill.
Good technical knowledge in computer hardware and software.
Mature, reliable, service oriented, and have ability to work under pressures.
