For all warranty claims, procedures now are being processed with the help of our new RMA procedure. RMA does not necessarily mean that you have to return the item back to us. It would undergo the same warranty process and if the videos or photos that you have provided was not enough to validate your concern, that will be the only time that we will instruct you to send it back to us.
