Manage and implement Human Resources & Training strategy in order to attract and retain high qualify employees to be a great asset of the company
• Manage recruitment & selection processes in order to attract high qualify candidates to the organization
• Effectively setting, managing and monitoring labor cost budget and headcount to be under plan
• Managing all compensation, benefit and welfare system to be as a tool for employees’ motivation and retention
• Managing training & development plan in order to develop and skill up employees in all levels
• Manage performance appraisal system, annual increment, bonus payment and promotion system to be as a tool for employee development and motivation
• Managing and keep updating employee’s working rule and regulations
• Planning and implementing the employee relations strategy with all employees and the labor union
• Managing all labor issues for both internal and external
• Conduct negotiation meeting between labor union and the company
