1. Heat oil in the wok over a high heat and add sliced pork belly to stir fry or until the pork is cooked and starts to brown.
2. Reduce heat to medium and add the red curry paste to the wok. Stir fry or until fragrant.
3. Add a little amount of water and season with sugar and fish sauce and pork flavor seasoning power. Continue to stir well .
4. Add cut string bean, kaffir lime leaves and stir well before turning off the heat. and Serve with steamed rice.
