About luggage we ask khun jeab because we don’t understand why no one inform us. If we not check our ticket again what will happen when we check in?(luggage charge 300 baht for 15 kg. but if buy at airport 900 baht for 15 kg.)
If she say sorry or said I forgot to tell you, we can accept that but she said I already told you and you got free ticket why you try to make a problem.

And when we ask about that she always talk about 3000 baht for incorrect name on ticket and warn don’t ask her to much don’t make her angry if not she will correct money form khun gift.
She write many think to khun gift but we can’t tell you all it too much.
- You should enough khun sadun spend a lot of money for ticket and everything for this trip. Tickets it expensive that why we not pay for your luggage.
(we can pay for that and we understand khun sadun reason but we just want to know why she don’t inform us)
- Khun Jeab said I pay for incorrect name 3000 baht even arkin told me to charge from gift but I’m not because it’s my duty and you should enough because it not my fault.
(Do I have to teach her how to work? Suddenly when we saw name list we inform her about khun kom, khun gift and maid name is incorrect. As I know not only our team but she put incorrect name with some staff also)
- We check with Nok Air and Air asia both company said we don’t charge for incorrect name we ‘ll charge for change person only (935 baht for change person) and for incorrect name just send document to us for change .

maid name khun new admin staff told her on july and she said it ok I changed it but she just send document to change with air asia on 3/8/2015 because we remind her, and what she said I didn’t change it yet because it really hard and I have to pay for that mistake. (1 month for thinking)
Yesterday I told you “we don’t want to talk about that” because we really want to finish and useless to say to people who do not realize. But I change my mind because we she told difference story with people in another side and we don’t want them to get us wrong.
It seem like this department always have a problem?
