We are friendly with HellasDT and PP.
This means that, again, do not attack these players. The same rules apply as above. If they are inactive, wait a few days or contact their leadership about the inactivity. I'm sure they will have no issue kicking players who have quit.
Inactives.
- If you are planning on quitting, let leadership know.
- If you go yellow [inactive for 24 hours], you must have a valid excuse, or you will be removed from the alliance.
General notes.
Any disputes between alliance members should be handled with proper communication and like adults. Do not waste troops on one another. This applies fully to confeds and friendly alliances. If you cannot reach an agreement, contact me immediately. I am more than happy to speak to any of their leaders and resolve any issues as they come along quickly and effectively.
Offense vs Defense, IMMORTAL's Direction
I'm about to explain some things that may seem obvious to some of you, but just bear with me, it's going to go somewhere.
The Arab's have a lot of members, and currently, we do not have the defense to stop them. I would love to allow players to play as they wish, but this alliance is for dedicated players, and some people that are currently in this alliance aren't going to make the cut.
Offensive players have a force commonly referred to as "A Hammer". This an army of troops all trained in the same village. Troops trained in separate villages CANNOT fight offensively in the same army. Therefore, only those with a high amount of res/hr can sustain a large fighting force.
Defensive players have force(s) commonly referred to as "An Anvil". These are troops that are trained in any village they like, and they can collect at any village to fight together.
Just to give everyone a visual representation, here is 10 defenders working together vs 10 offense working together. Both have the same amount of troops in wheat.
