The Error B200 usually occurs due to a problem with the ink cartridge. This can be resolve by checking that the contacts on the cartridge are clean. However, sometimes you need to install new cartridges to resolve this error.
Here are the ways to clean the cartridge:
1. Open the cover of the printer
2. Remove all ink tanks
3. Lift up the gray locking lever on the side of the ink tank holder
4. Remove gently the print head from the carriage unit
5. Place the print head back in and lock the lever down
6. Place all of the ink tanks back
7. Close the cover
8. Turn off the printer
9. Unplug the power
10. Leave it for approximately 5-10 minutes
11. Plug the power back
12. Turn on the printer
Sometimes, Error B200 happens because the printhead voltage or temperature is not normal. You may resolve this through these solutions:
Solution A - 1. Disconnect the power cable from the printer
2. Wait for 1 hour
3. Connect the power cable
Solution B - 1. Clean head contact pin condition of the carriage unit
2. Check cable connection especially the carriage FFC
Solution C - Replace the printhead
Solution D - Replace the power supply unit
Solution E - Replace the logic board.
