First of all, I would like to inform about the Toyota cap order, and I have to used it since June 2015 to until now.
I confirm order in quotation form (9145 units) on February 2015, but until now I still discuss about mock up of cap, because the products quality that we received in each time are so different with your mock up.
I contact with your sale representative (K.Zin) by many time, and many time to discuss about Toyota Cap more than 7 time for editing. I understand her, she don't mistake in product quality. She still does her best.
Could you please solve problem in occur.
At first time on Match 2015, when I received the first mock up, (type of cloth, size of cap, colour of cap, good needle and quality) everything is ok, except scale of TOYOTA logo. I will request to revise it for dimension and scale be out of shape both of Front Cap and Rear Cap in 3 times.
After that, I request Toyota cap (1st Lot) amount of 300 units on June 7,2015.
First lot is different from mock up about scale in front cap be out of shape, lock in rear cap and colour lining of cap, but it's good quality.
I will tell K.Zin in line application to edit for correct version and order next production.
On next week, I will received the second lot amount of 200 units.
According to lastly request to solve problem successful, but I found new problem about colour of cap. It isn't match with lot No.1
On June 28, I will received the third lot amount of 200 units.
Moreover, the oldest problem is clear, I found new problem again about the height of cap, despite of I confirm it from the first time.
I confuse that for 3 times when I received your product, your quality will be change every time.
On July, your sale representative inform me to made new mock up again for the biggest lot.
I received new mock up one piece, It's good quality.
Again and again. I received your product on July 2015 (300 units).
I found problem again about "Scale of TOYOTA logo in rear cap"
My cap detail is a normal design, but I recheck again and again for many time.
Heretofore, I received your product estimate of 2700 units.
The audit department will recheck quality of Toyota cap again. It return to your company number of total around 2000 units, because of low quality, be neat and tidy.
You can see cap with K.zin, I return product already.
Additional, the type of cloth for Toyota Cap in quotation form is "COTTON Cloth, 2 tone".
For last time, I never comment for type of cloth because I think the first mock up is cotton and It's ok.
As I mention before, every time when I received new lot, the quality of cap is change and It isn't the same as mock up that I received.
I would like to request type of cloth "Cotton Peat size 7*7" in the same as first mock up.
Could you please QC your product before sending to our company.
For any problem as I mention before, I hope that I will get solving problem in detail.
The Toyota cap that I order with MACBARA, 92 PREMIUM, It is a brand ambassador for organisation.
