• Provide administration and support as assigned by supervisor in related to all types of employee benefits
• Maintain, review and update Personal files and ensure the documentation is managed and kept properly so that the information is update, accurate and secure.
• Check Over-time forms and complete the calculation as agreed time frame for further payroll processing steps
• Provide the administration support in assigned HR Operation tasks, HR work-flows/process improvement and HR system
• Perform other duties or ad hoc project as assigned by supervisor
