Apologies for the problem. According to Uplay official statement the keys banned in January should be reinstated. In order to verify that your key has remained banned I would like to ask you to send us a screenshot of your Uplay Account Information (you may find it in settings area on your Uplay client) with the email and significant keys displayed there.
Bear in mind that all screenshots should be provided in their original resolution (size), shape and format with a visible username. Do not cut or edit them in any meaning. We will then be able to decide as to the
course of action.
