It is my understanding that someone from FD at 5PM sent BRAND NEW ROOM BOY WITH LETTER TO COMMUNICATE TO OUR GUESTS TONIGHT that water would be off at 1AM in phase 3.
1. Is this true?
2. If so, how can it be that we are sending a brand new employee who does not speak English to do our job and communicate to our guests.
Please tell me this is not what happened.
3. Johnnie pointed out at 1230AM that they never received the letter in S1 by the way.
