Relations with Stakeholders
Role of Stakeholders
The Company attaches importance to the rights of both internal and external stakeholders, and thus has established a “Code of Business Ethics” which covers anti-corruption, responsible political involvement, equal and fair treatment of stakeholders, social and environmental responsibilities, compliance with labor laws, and respect for employee rights. A Code of Practice for Three Key Parties has also been established. The three key parties consist of the management (directors, senior executives, managers and supervisors), employees and major shareholders. In particular, the code of practice for management indicates practices related to seven different groups of stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers/consumers, trading partners/creditors, competitors, the environment, and community involvement and development. The code of business ethics and code of practice are based on the Company's commitment towards quality and integrity.
