Broader exposure from the popular tea culture in Thailand boosted sales of RTD tea in 2015. The health benefits of tea, as well as the product variants offered by more players, supported the growing demand for RTD tea. Off-trade sales climbed to a value of Bt15.9 billion in 2015. The healthier lifestyles of Thai consumers and healthier offerings from several players, including sugar-free and reduced sugar RTD tea, together with efforts to boost sales by manufacturers, create a more dynamic environment in RTD tea.
