Job Description:
1.Coordinate with sale and customer and shipping.
2.Handle import-export document.
Make Invoice , Contact Customer &Supplier.
3.Support Purchasing task.
4.Support Accounting task.
5.Support HR. about notify aliens are more than 90 days of Japanese staff.
4.Support sales executive and report to sale manager.
5.Control stock for support customer sometime have part shortage.
6.Monthly sales report and forecast per month.
8.Coordination billing and received cheque per month.

11.Outside sometime for supplier and other.
12.Support booking hotel , Golf for my Japanese Staff.
13.Issue invoice every month.
Follow up and plan for customer quotation, P/O, delivery and inventory
Handle customers clearing and gathering document (I/V,PR/PO)
Contact domestic customers and suppliers
Follow up oversea suppliers for delivery schedule
Check and Filing sales document properly.
