From our point of view, reefer container should be in sound condition and temperature is as per setting before on board to vessel.
There are numerous reasons which may cause such damage. That’s why we usually recommend customer to address the case at the place of incident which we can go for detailed inspection for root causes. and pls see below feedback from agent ka.

After we checking monitoring of reefer on subject , this temp is -20’C (set temp -20’C) and engine is normal running until shipment export ex LCB to JP.
And we ask to YMJP for this the matter kindly awaiting news from them.thanks
