Key Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials including set up all necessary training equipment.
- Collect and report information on the quality and effectiveness of training programmes.
- Record all training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Organise the accommodation, catering and venues for the training courses.
- Gather and consolidate training data to provide up to date training records in order to identify potential improvements of training and development activities.
- Prepare required training report for internal and external use.
- Create Providing Gift form, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Expenses claim, etc. in the system.
- Implement other assigned tasks / Projects i.e. Career Job Fair, Contact University, Job Broadcast for Career etc
