What if that cook have been taking too much time to prepare ingredients for the recipe or overcooked the food in the oven and serve the food not in the right proportion for the customers. Would it affect the customers' satisfaction? The working direction for being a cook, including stocking enough ingredients, preparing them, cooking them, decorating the plate, serving them at an appropriate speed is not enough. The cook also needs a great management skill to pass all the processes at a right time. Most of the time, the cook always thinks what they have been cooking is great, delicious, and perfectly dressed, and ready to be served. Nevertheless, the cook never realizes what they have been trying so hard is not what the customers expected the food taste to be like. Even the cook has lost his given direction himself. Might be because the cook himself is not a good cook after all. Might not know what the customers want, stocking a lot of fish instead of a simple ingredients like egg. 1/2
