You recently sent an email to "Thawatchai.Sawanrat@mcdgroup.com" that was using the Microsoft Rich Text Format. This causes some content of your email to be placed in a file and sent as an attachment (A file called Winmail.dat). In most cases our email system can read this file and retrieve the content, however it does cause a problem with Meeting Invites. Any meeting invites sent using this format will not work correctly on our mail system and our people will not be able to accept your meeting invite. To resolve this issue we would ask that you change the message format in Outlook. Here is how to make the change:
1. On the Tools/File menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format/Mail tab.
2. In the Compose in this message format list, select HTML.
