Work collaboratively with Marketing team to prioritize content and manage the editorial calendar of postings to all social media platforms (facebook, twitter, instagram, pinterest and etc.)
Initiate and develop social media campaign, competition and other community acquisition strategies
Monitor social media channels, reviews, blog and content posts for sentiment and user interactions
Monitor brand social media sites and guest responses with the understanding that these may occur during non-regular business hours
Develops relationship with social influencers and seek integration opportunities for the brand
Integrate promotions, public relations, event marketing and other channels
Analyze and provide insights of social media campaign results
Develop reports and circulate to key stakeholders across the organization on a timely basis
Evaluate and recommend improvements to social media plan via collaboration with Marketing team, internal partners and field based employees
Be the online brand evangelist and ensure engagement of the brand users 24/7
