According to Eagle Upgrade project at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, Could you please summarize the outstanding tasks, issue logs, and mitigation plan?
On the other hand, I receive feedback about:
1. Information to be required for creating User Web Self. Currently, system require ITM to provide Citizen ID and Date of Birth when create an account. Due to information is not integrated, ITM need to ask this information from HR team and key in manually. ? I understand that HR has already fill in Citizen ID and Date of Birth on Hiring process. Is there any solution to synchronized this information during User Creation?
2. Unable to view previous Documents (Hiring, Status Change-Promotion/Warning, Manpower Requisition, etc.) that were performed by previous HR Manager. We cannot avoid turn over or movement in department that is including of HR department. Associate information MUST BE always available all the time, and easy to find. This is big reason why we need Workflow to replace traditional way (Keep paper in file). At the moment, system do not allow new user to view Associate information that they do not involve with. Please kindly find the resolution how those information can be available for future reference, and do not limit only person who involve in the workflow. Please consider as Business Need.
3. Unable to print Personal File (PAF) for multiple associates. I got the comment from working team that Eagle 3 version do not have function to print all Personal Files for all associates as they could do in Eagle 2. Please kindly help to investigate and provide a clarification. This feature is important when property do Salary Incremental that affect to all associates. If system do not allow to print in multiple documents and need to go one by one associate, it will be difficult to working team.
