In this study,,I have studied about Easy to Have Slim Shape, from a study of information from various book and learning media. I know that in time we feel uncomfortable, because eat a lot of food. Those foods to change is fat accumulated in parts of the body. This is because each person’s daily activities , lack of exercise. Notice that ,organ of body rarely to work .will have big size because it’s collectives of fat and what thing can make us have slim shape , good health is exercise.
