Part III – Current Situation
Current care arrangement:
The child is staying under the well care and attention by the caregiver uncle and aunt. The child was equally loved and treated at home and he also has close attachment to his cousins. He refers his caregivers as his mother and father and his cousins as siblings. At home, he is more attached to his cousins Bee Aeh Aeh that they go to the same class and play together. The child has a strong bond with the family and he never stayed apart from them. The child is attending at the nearby Thai border police school together with his cousins and they came back home during weekends and they stay at the boarding house close to the school during school days.
Educational situation:
The child is studying at Thai border police school and he is attending Pau.4 from 9am to 4pm every day.
Physical and Mental Health:
The child appeared well physically and mentally without any past records of medical implication.
Assessment of the child’s age and maturity:
The child spoke well and he explained well about his experiences and preferences. His maturity appeared to be consistent with his age without any concerns.
Special needs assessment:
It is not needed at this time.
