Job purpose
Assistant Front Office Manager, Duty Manager and Night Manager is basically, overall supervision of the staff on duty. These responsibilities, in general, refer to performance of their duties, neatness, alertness, courtesy, etc.
To use her/his common sense in the discharge of duties and in case of doubt, refer the matter to Executive office.
Periodical reports, suggestions and proposals particularly those covering disciplinary action should be made not only to improve the service of the hotel, but impose expect from the staff towards their superiors.
