For up-coming year, 7-Eleven keep focus on large pack size (P24) which consistent with our
company policy. They planed to do more promotion by swich brand in each period and split out to
direct competitor stores such as Tesco Lotus Express, Mini Big C. However, they disagree with
super discount promotion (Lod yang rang 7 days) because it is inappropriate with stores. They
suggest us to continually do deep price promotion with large format and direct competitor stores
in order to increase both sales volum and distribution.
