Stage1 This the launch period for the venture. Initial sales are; product demand is tested. The founding organization is being assembled, social networks are producing results in the Flow of advice, sales assistance, management direction.
Stage2 This stage is the ramp that sees the groundwork laid during the first stage take hold and produce results. The venture team becomes an executive body. Products are accepted in the marketplace. Operation costs stabilize and the venture begins to realize excellent per unit profit.
Stage3 Here sees the firm and product reach a maximum level. The product new experiences growing competition, price adjustments are needed to maintain sales volumes. Management is at its peak performance. In some instances, the company has a larger staff than required in anticipation of growth that does not occur. This the critical third crisis for the company (the first being financial and the second ,management)
Stage4 The stage finds the venture plagued by competing forces. The product-specific enterprise, having failed to rejuvenate its product/service offerings, is gradually redundant, replaced by newer, innovative companies with superior goods and services.
