- Handling monthly payroll companies and ensuring that the
process proceeds correctly and on time
- Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering all
related data
- Submitting and ensuring accuracy of all relevant Government reports and
Provident Fund reports
- Coordinating with government agencies and employees regarding Personal
Income Tax and other necessary matters
- Managing the benefits program in the areas of Provident Fund, Social
Security Fund, and Workmen Compensation
- preparation of the payroll report for the Finance and
Accounting Department
- Maintaining and updating employee’s records in the personnel files regarding
transfers, promotions, resignation and other information.
- Performing other duties as assigned in departmental functions
- Handling recruitment assignments, screening applications, interviewing and
selecting candidates.
- Composing advertisements in Thailand and Coordinating with websites.
- Handling recruitment planning assignments.
