Ingredients

- lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
- 1 stalk lemongrass alley some glasses - or finely chopped chili, chopped 3-5 tablets
- fish sauce 1/2 tbsp
- CHILI (not out. oil) 1 tsp

kaffir lime leaves, shredded 2.- Fresh, chopped 2 tbsp (optional) Method
1. Hammered oval bowl and season with fish sauce. All ingredients and beat until light and fluffy lemon
2. Fried eggs in a pan of hot oil until golden brown
3. Scoop up drain. The dish is served with steamed rice.
